Balanset-1A — Portable Rotor Balancer & Vibration Analyzer
The Balanset-1A is a professional portable device for dynamic balancing of rotors in their own bearings — without disassembly. It combines a dual-channel vibration analyzer with intelligent balancing software.
Key Features
- Two-plane dynamic balancing — corrects both static and dynamic imbalance
- Works on operating machines — no need to remove the rotor
- Automatic calculations — software determines correction weight mass and position
- Universal application — fans, pumps, crushers, turbines, shafts, and more
- Proven MEMS sensors — accurate amplitude and phase across the balancing range, at a fraction of the cost of premium piezo systems
How It Works
- Attach vibration sensors and laser tachometer to the equipment
- Run the rotor and take an initial measurement
- Install a trial weight as directed by the software
- The software calculates the exact correction — install and verify
What’s in the Kit
The standard Balanset-1A kit includes everything you need to start balancing immediately: measurement unit, sensors, tachometer, scales, software, and a rugged carrying case.
Balanset-1A vs. a premium analyzer
You get the same core job — two-plane field balancing — without the premium price tag or the à-la-carte add-on list.
| Aspect | Typical premium analyzer | Balanset-1A |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | Often quote-only | Published upfront — complete kit |
| In the box | Sensors, tachometer, stand often sold separately | Sensors, tachometer, scales, stand, case all included |
| Sensors | Premium piezo, higher cost | MEMS — sufficient for rigid-rotor balancing |
| Software | May need licences or subscriptions | No subscription, lifetime updates |
| Support | Distributor or ticket queue | Direct line to the design engineer |
More than a single balancing run
Beyond two-plane balancing, the software runs serial balancing — save the influence matrix from the first rotor and skip the trial run on identical units, roughly 60–70% faster on production and OEM lines. It also includes a dedicated grinding-wheel mode and pre-balance diagnostics (overall level, 1×, FFT spectrum, waveform, rundown) so you can rule out misalignment or looseness before you balance. Every job exports as a PDF report with vibration levels and the ISO assessment.
Service and support
Direct contact with the design engineer by WhatsApp or email — no call centre. The instrument carries a 2-year warranty with free repair or replacement on manufacturing defects, and it is modular: a worn sensor, tachometer, or cable is replaced on its own rather than swapping the whole unit. Worldwide DHL delivery includes customs handling and buyer payment protection.
